1. College degree or above, major in industrial safety, machinery, electrical, chemical or related;

 

2 or more years of experience in production and engineering safety management;

 

3. Familiar with relevant laws and regulations on safety, health and environmental protection, rich knowledge and experience in site safety management;

 

4. Strong safety knowledge and awareness, familiar with enterprise safety, fire control, labor management knowledge, can independently carry out safety production inspection, hidden dangers rectification, safety production publicity;

 

5. Good communication and coordination skills and strong organizational and management skills. Familiar with steel industry production process and environmental requirements. Safety training skills.

 

 

 

Operating duty:

 

1. Be responsible for compiling safety education and safety technology training plan of the company, organizing and implementing training and assessment of safety technology and special operators, taking charge of safety education for new employees, and continuously improving safety awareness of the whole staff.

 

2. Participate in the investigation and analysis of accidents in production safety, put forward preventive measures for the causes of accidents, compile accident investigation reports, and make account for the management of production safety.

 

3. Participate in the major safety inspection organized by the company and make a good record and summary of the inspection. Often go deep into the production line to carry out on-site safety inspection, deal with the safety problems found in time according to the prescribed procedures, educate and punish the teams and individuals who do not conform to the safety norms, and promptly order rectification.

 

4. Establish and sort out the management data within the scope of responsibility and file them. Provide systematic, complete and inquirable files.
